Maren Holt is a Danish watercolourist whose work is shaped by long periods of travel through southern Europe. Working outdoors and in small formats, she builds images from close observation — the colour of rendered walls in afternoon light, reflections in harbour water, the compressed perspective of a hill town. Her work has been exhibited in Copenhagen, Edinburgh and Marseille.
